What should I pack in my van?

All Vans Include:

  • Sink with 2 gallon fresh water tank. (Please bring drinking water) (Empty during winter)

  • Bottom Sheet

  • 34 QT Fridge

  • Window Coverings

  • 12V Plugs and Lights (2 to 6 USB Ports)

  • Chairs, Table, and Stove (Propane not included)

  • Heating: Some include built in heater(refer to title), Propane Heater, or Electric Heater (External 110V)

  • Seating for 5 people in the Large (Please notify us if this needs to be changed)

  • Seating for 2 people in the Small and Medium (Please notify us if this needs to be changed)

What To Pack:

We are going to break down what to pack based on the size of your van and how many people normally travel in our campervans.

We do recommend that everyone pack in packing cubes. These are an easy way to keep things organized in the van while traveling.

Small Van:

Couples usually rent our small campervan and travel an average of 5 days on their trips.

We recommend a couple bring three carry on size bags of clothes to easily fit in the van. This leaves room for any outdoor gear, food, or cooking gear. The front seats are nice places to open up your suit cases at night to display your items.

Under height between the floor and bottom of the bed is 9.5 inches.

 

Medium Van:

Couples usually rent our medium campervan and travel an average of 5 days on their trips.

Our medium van has a massive amount of space and we have never seen a couple completely fill up all of the storage space in this van. So if you pack reasonably, you will have no problem fitting everything you need inside of the van.

The storage space in the back is recommend for dirtier items and the front storage is recommend for clean items.

 

Large Van for Couples:

When couples rent our large van and travel for an average of 5 days, they will have plenty of space for there items and it would be hard to fill our large van as a couple. So if you pack reasonably you will have no problem fitting everything you need inside of the van.

 

Large Van for a Family of 4:

When a family of 4 rents our large van there needs to be a consideration for space. We would recommend one carry-on and a backpack per person. The backpack can be stored on the hooks on the side of the van and the carry-on can be store under the bed. The seats then provide a nice spot to open up your carry-on to display all of your items. For families we really recommend packing cubes to keep everything organized.
