Cleaning

We have a cleaning staff at each location that works hard to make sure your campervan rental is clean and ready to go. Here is how we help to ensure a clean campervan.

  1. Our cleaners work from a checklist that specifies what to clean and how to clean it. This checklist can be found on the passenger seat in our van at pickup.

  2. Each van has all trash removed and any add-ons from a previous customer.

  3. Dirty sheets are removed from the van

  4. All surfaces are vacuumed to remove large particles and dirt.

  5. We use a cleaner on all surfaces which cleans and sterilizes.

  6. New sheets are put on the bed.

  7. Clean and sanitized add-ons are placed inside the van.

  8. We run an air purifier and sterilizer in each van for 30 minutes. This sterilizer has been shown by the manufacturer to remove 99.9% of germs.

Compared to staying in hotels, our campervans are self contained and are simply cleaner. No elevator buttons to press or being in confined spaces with people you don’t know.

Cancellation Policy Update

Our standard cancellation policy is in effect. If the relaxing of restrictions are reversed then we will adjust to changing circumstances and are always willing to work with customers.

Traveling in a campervan to outdoor destinations is a great way to still escape on vacation. Being out in nature is an ideal way to not only reduce stress, but also to escape more confined environments with crowds.

Trip Protection

We sell a trip cancellation protection option with any rental to help provide you with peace of mind protection. Similar to any illness you might contract before a trip, our trip protection ensures coverage if you get sick or an immediate member of your trip gets sick. This protection only applies if you or an immediate member of your trip becomes infected with an illness. Proof of illness must be provided for cancellation protection from a certified medical professional.
